Overview

The Online Services Portal (OSP™), developed in conjunction with Clifford Chance, is a publishing and content management system developed specifically for the professional services industry.

Increasingly law firms and professional services firms are being asked to provide know-how to their clients - this often being a major requirement for panel choice selection. Historically, these firms have developed in house solutions to cater for this requirement, or alternatively, have opted for multiple third party solutions, each catering for different aspects of the content delivery solution.

The Online Services Portal delivers the complete solution from one application, and further, is provided as a fully managed service ensuring that all IT requirements are handled by us.

  • Multiple Content Channels - Publication channels, Alerter Services, Cross Border Guides, Mini Sites, Forums, Video Streaming and Coming Soon (Blogs and Wikis).
  • Content Management - fully customisable metadata, online content creation with WYSIWYG editor, advanced publishing workflow.
  • Branding - customisable URL, login page and application pages (use of CSS sytlesheets allows high level of customisation).
  • Client Tailored Content - targeted content delivery via client specific profiles e.g. channels, content, contacts etc.
  • Email Distribution - daily/weekly distribution of branded newsletters to each user containing targeted content based on user profile.
  • Advanced Auditing and Reporting - login audits, download audits, administration audits, search term audits, links audits.
  • Feeds to third party sites - Metadata mapping module allowing automated XML content feed generation to third party sites e.g. firm's own corporate website, BLT Portal etc.
  • Extendible - New channels can be created on-the-fly without any requirement for IT resources or consultancy.
