to change any form and report template at will. These temaplates can be published immediately and made available to all
of your users within minutes. There is no requirement for any technical expertise in-house.

The Reporting Module allows you to create and run any report that you require based on the information collected. Report
templates can be saved so that running reports on a regular basis is just one click away. Data from reports can be exported
to a number of third party applications including Excel and Access. Each report and report template has an access list which
allows you to share your report with other colleagues.

DraftSpace Forms keeps a permenant record of all information that has been submitted and provides immediate access to that
information. The data is stored in high performance databases and is backed-up on a daily basis to an offsite location,
ensuring the safety of your infromation. All users can access their own archived infromation at anytime and administrators
can access all archived information.
