Create and Edit Forms
Any type of form element can be created e.g. Text Fields, Date fields, Drop-down lists, Radio buttons, Checkboxes, Multi text boxes, Integer Fields etc
Documents can be attached to forms (e.g. guidance notes on filling the specific form)
Can introduce formatting (e.g. Dividers, Dividers with text etc) and can choose variety of colours and sizes
Form elements can be moved at any point to alter ordering

Workflow
Forms can be forwarded, escalated for approval or submitted directly to database

System can be configured to ensure that all approved forms contain signatures of approvers (useful if forms need to be printed).
Inbox
Each user has a personal Inbox that shows a list of partially completed forms as well as forms that have been forwarded to them or sent to them for approval.
Reporting
Queries can be created on any of the information contained within the form using operands (Equals, Does not Equal, Contains, Is not Empty, Greater Than, Less Than.
Multiple queries can aggregated using AND/OR operations to generate a final report that is customised to your exact requirements.
These query aggregations can be saved to ensure that frequently accessed reports are only one click away in the futrure
Users can give access to saved reports at an infdiviual level.
Report results will include all data that matched the queries. A summary report will also be created providing information on who submitted form, who approved it and anyone else that made changes to the form.
Data Export
Results can be exported to Microsoft Excel and Access. Results can also be exported to other formats if required.
All data is taken to Excel within seconds, saving time in duplicated efforts re-keying information
All data is taken directly from source therefore ensuring no re-typing errors
Auditing
An audit trail for each form is gathered detailing who submitted the form, who approved the form, who made any chnages to the form. Each action that results in the input or alteration of data is recorded and timstamped.
Administration
There can be one or more system administrators. An administrator will have view and edit access to ALL information within the system (forms, reports, users etc).
Forms
Administrator can view all forms, edit all forms, delete forms, set user access to all forms, make forms inactive (and therefore invisble to all users), import and export forms from third party applications (all form data is stored in XML)
Reports
Administrators can generate a report on any form, view and edit all saved reports, delete reports and set user access to reports.
Users
Administrators can create new users, reset user passwords, suspend user accounts and most importantly set user permissions. DraftSpace Forms has a very flexible permission module with 9 seprate permissions that can be allocated to users. This level of granulatity ensures that users will only be able to perform functions on the system that are relevant to them, allowing you to set access to external third parties knowing that none of your private information will be compromised.
