| Security Overview |
Our applications are provided as hosted solutions from our secure data centre in London. We make every effort to
ensure that your intellectual property is protected using the highest security measures at an application level,
infrastructure level and physical level.
| At the Application Level |
Password protection - Members require a password to access the DraftSpace application. All passwords are stored in
an encrypted format on our database so that not even we have access to them.
Access Controls - Once in the application, users can only see documents in the topics that they have been given
access to. There are further access controls at the document level (read only, edit).
Automatic user log off - To prevent unauthorised access, if your computer is left unattended, the system will
automatically log you off after 30 minutes (this time frame can be changed) of inactivity.
Application level Access Control - DraftSpace's Access Control Lists (ACL) defines a set of "Permissions" associated
with a User, which grant the ability to carry out certain operations on DraftSpace thereby guarding access to DraftSpace resources.
User Audit - DraftSpace allows permissioned users to access a comprehensive audit trail that logs all major activities
performed by any user within the knowledge portal. DraftSpace will log every action (and related detail) performed by every user
in the application. The system administrator can retrieve this information in the form of a detailed report at anytime. Department
administrators can also access this information, but only for users in their own department.

| At the Infrastructure Level |
All information is stored in redundant servers housed in enterprise-level, secure facilities.
Intrusion detection software, continuous virus scanning, and state-of-the-art firewall mechanisms are designed to protect your
information at all times.
Experienced security experts, engineers and quality assurance specialists continuously monitor our facilities and systems.
Our comprehensive end-to-end security architecture offers robust recovery and restoration functionality in the event of a disaster,
including daily back-up of databases physically located at different facilities.
We use the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology. All data communication to and from a user's computer is encrypted using SSL,
which is the most widely used Internet standard for encrypted communications, ensuring that all data is kept secure and free from

| At the Physical Level |
Fully redundant data centers in disperse geographic areas operate with a full range of back-up services, including multiple
connections, alternate power sources and state-of-the-art emergency response systems.
Our data centers employ the latest physical security technology, including 24/7/365 video surveillance, proximity card
readers and biometric scanners.
