DraftSpace Forms has been approved by the National Treatment Agency, a subsidiary of the NHS, for the collection and submission of patient data.

DraftSpace Forms is currently used in over 15 agencies across the UK for collecting and reporting this data to the NTA. Collection of patient data has become very high priority in recent years. The problem has been the ever changing requirements. Traditional database applications have resulted in the need to change the programs at multiple sites which has led to escalating costs and untimely, problematic deliveries.

DraftSpace Forms allows users to change and deploy their data collection forms within minutes as requirements change. No technical expertise is required.

Colin Cripps, Deputy Chief Executive of In-volve, stated "As a senior manager, DraftSpace has enabled me to get up to the minute performance figures for any part of my organisation, no matter which part of the country it is in at the touch of a button. All the information I need is available to me everyday, whether I'm in the office, in a hotel or at home"

Stephanie Moore, an Administrator at Newham Community Drugs Team commented "DraftSpace Forms has drastically reduced my workload as I can now send my service's activity figure online instantly in the NTA required format. Our first report to the NTA using the DraftSpace system proved extremely successful. The feedback from the NTA showed that our results were 99.9% accurate"

Ajay Patel of HighQ Solutions commented "Working closely with In-volve over the last 18 months has enabled us to deliver an application that is exactly tailored to the needs of public sector bodies for the collection and reporting of patient data. The system has been designed with flexibility to cope with the ever changing requirements and this has enabled In-volve so stay one step ahead of their counterparts."
