Using the training sessions:
 
These training sessions can be viewed as individuals or in a sequence one after another. At the end of each session you will be given a link to move on to the next training session (eg. the "My Profile" session will have a link at the end that takes you to the "New Project Set-Up" session). In addition, you can always use this page to skip around to different movies based on the information you need. At the begining of each training session, a table of contents will allow you to go directly to specific items of interest within that session.
